1. Brokerage/Service Fee

Any service charges or brokerage fees paid to JMV Infra Investments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, including site visits, consultations, or successful deal closures.

2. Booking Amount for Property

If you have paid a booking amount for a property, please note:

• Refund or cancellation of the booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective builder/developer.

• JMV Infra Investments is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party developers.

• We assist clients in facilitating the refund process if initiated, but the final call rests with the developer.

3. Cancellation of Site Visits or Appointments

• You may cancel or reschedule site visits at least 24 hours in advance.

• No cancellation fee is charged for service appointments unless a paid service was booked (e.g., paid legal consultation or NRI document handling).

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or unexpected changes in project timelines by developers.
